Ad Astra's debut CD "Beyond Our Bounds" was released in January '08. The album is an eclectic mix of styles and musical textures relying heavily on vintage progressive rock instruments. The songs, although contemporary in structure, have an ambience that only a 12 string guitar, gnarly Hammond B3 and Mellotron can provide.

The song "Angle of Repose" was included on the Christian progressive rock sampler CPR 3. The CD was released in July '08 to critical acclaim and reveiws for both Beyond Our Bounds and CPR 3 can be found on the reveiw page.

Both Beyond Our Bounds and CPR 3 have been getting some pretty good airplay on Progressive Positivity radio. A link to the station can be found on the links page. Tune in and enjoy this great prog station.
